Workout, Keep fit, Fat burn.

Lots of delicious food really let me gain some weight in here, Penang. I looked at my belly.. it's too horrible! Oh my god, it can't be!

 I need to do exercise and eat less!!!

Can't remember since when I said to myself I want to keep fit already... But never mind. Now it's time to start.

So, 2 hours of exercise everyday. Dinner will be halve. Breakfast & Lunch remain the same (>.<)

Then, set a target for myself. That's reduce my weight to 66kg in..3 weeks more. 

 I found that nice body is one of the achievement which is not easy.
